Meet Elaine
Hey Legacy Leader! I’m Elaine Lou Cartas. I help recovering perfectionist leaders and their high-achieving teams to overcome perfectionism, burnout and identity crises to create sustainable results.
You’ve already established yourself in a leadership or executive role, whether that’s in your own small business or you’ve had a successful career. After overwhelm and burnout, you are most likely going through an identity crisis and you need support redefining your definition of success and happiness. That’s why my team and I are here to help you find your new version of success–one that aligns with your values, not just the stereotypical version of what being successful looks like.
I want you to know it’s possible. I coach business owners. Want to grow your business or work on your business to reflect your values and not a carbon copy of the latest trends?

As a certified executive coach and life coach, I understand the importance of balancing personal fulfillment with professional success. I received my Professional Certified coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation which has provided me tools to guide executives in navigating challenges and achieving sustainable growth. Unlike many coach charging high fees for cookie cutter solutions, I focus on providing personalized strategies that align with your values and vision.
We work with established business leaders who already have a product or service that they believe in but need support in managing the messiness of building a business: dealing with growing teams, outdated systems, and navigating difficult conversations.

My Why
I’m a proud first-generation daughter of immigrants. My family immigrated from the Philippines. I’m creating my dream businesses because I want to honor the generations who came before me and sacrificed so much so I can have a life of choice.
The picture from left to right is a picture of my dad, his mom (my Nana/grandma), and me. My Nana is holding a pic of her dad (my great Grandpa).
My business is dedicated to generations before me who gave me this privilege, this life of choice — to serve WOC and allies in their businesses and careers whether they want to realign their career goals or have a business idea and ready to starting a business.
