Get Clients With Ease Through Referrals and Renewals

Do you know where most of your referrals come from?

Referrals and renewals make up the backbone of my entire professional career. If you don’t know where your referrals are coming from, it’s probably time to sit down and figure it out so that you can send them a thank you note.

Building relationships is the key to getting more referrals and renewals. We live in an increasingly online world where we think we need to have a certain number of followers and perfect pictures, but what’s really important is the substance of our relationships.

Human beings are social. We crave connections with other people. You need connection and so do your clients, so reaching out to them to build relationships is a win-win.

In this episode, I’m sharing some questions for you to ask your clients about their experience with you and six tips on how to get great referrals.

What We Cover in This Episode:

  • The importance of relationship building
  • Creating safe spaces for your clients
  • Why you need to know your numbers
  • How to retain clients
  • Questions to ask your clients about working with you
  • Being open to feedback
  • Why you should send hand-written thank you cards
  • How to connect with people on a more personal level

Connecting with people is part of being human. We all appreciate being thought of, remembered, and looked out for. Getting referrals and renewals can be simple and it can help you create and scale the business of your dreams.
