My name is Elaine Lou Cartas, I’m a Business and Career Coach for WOC and Allie. Apple News awarded me as one of the top 5 business coaches, and LA Weekly awarded me as the #1 thought leader. As a woman of color and mission-based entrepreneur, I love giving back to WOC and allies who are going through an identity crisis in their business by providing an introductory 30 minute Legacy Business Review coaching call to see if it’s a good fit. During the call, I’ll support you in identifying your personal and professional goals and create 3 action items for you because running a business can be hard.
This complimentary session is for seasoned coaches and consultants who want to stop choosing “what works” over “what they really want.” Because how you FEEL as the center of your individual business matters. I love working with high-performing women of color and allies who value conscious conversations, intentional direction, and sustainable strategies for an aligned team, career, business, and life.

Why should you work with a business coach for women of color and people of color?
As a POC, you don’t need to explain why you think or feel certain ways because of your cultural upbringing. I completely understand the imposter syndrome and fear of disappointing our family when going after our dreams. We can honor them and ourselves without giving up what we want.
This is how it’s looked for me as a first-generation immigrant woman of color:
As a first-generation Filipino American, I was the first one in the family to start and scale a business. Here’s a pic of my dad, my grandma and me. I acknowledge all the generational sacrifices made for me, my brothers and cousins of this generation.
I had 6 years of experience as a former grassroots organizer organizing hundreds of volunteers nationwide and raising millions as a former nonprofit fundraiser. This experience and company culture helped me to understand the power of listening, relationships, and community, which explains why 90% of my business comes from referrals and renewals.
Healing my generational trauma. I don’t have to do everything. I can ask for help from my own coaches, therapists (I love EMDR therapy), and my team. Here is a picture of two team members, Kat Magsaysay, a retreat manager, and Monica Schrock, a marketing and messaging coach.
Knowing it’s possible to grow a business where I don’t have to work all the time, and, instead, spend that time with family and loved ones. In January of 2020, I went to Vietnam to celebrate my brother’s wedding. During that time, I could also continue bringing in money and clients as a business coach for women.
Understanding that my ancestors sacrificed so much so I can have the choice to live up to my highest expression. Here’s a pic of my grandmas, who sacrificed so much so I can live a life of choice. This was the day I received my Masters of Science in Leadership and Management at the University of La Verne. They were so proud of me!
In 2022, we celebrated 5 years in business serving 500+ clients who created products and services in 24 different countries. I’m proud of my business growth. I’ve hosted 54 events and retreats (25 were in-person) worldwide. I’ve also received a Trauma Informed Certification, and I’m currently working on being a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Juliana is an executive-level Program Manager with 11+ years of experience in retail operations, marketing, product development, product launches, and experiential event execution. There are 2 ways to work with me and my team
through our 1:1 six-month program OR the Color Your Dreams Program.
This is for the seasoned entrepreneur. You’re already making consistent income, and the question now becomes – how can you create more of the life you deserve? You know you don’t want to do it alone, and you want to make sure you align with your values, hire the right team members, understand your numbers, and create the systems you want.
Together we work on your business to find what has worked and what can change to be aligned with the life you want to create. You receive an in-person VIP day in Los Angeles (this can be virtual if needed), group calls, two business coaching retreats, Voxer access, and 1:1 calls as needed. 1:1 Mentorship
I work with a limited number of clients 1:1, where you receive 24/5 access to me via emails, Voxer, and a weekly coaching session. There’s an interview and questionnaire process, so if you are interested, please schedule a call with me below.
There’s a minimum 3-month commitment. You also receive access to do 1:1 with any of my coaches. It’s a 4/5-digit investment with payment plans to meet accessibility. There’s also an opportunity to work with me through a VIP day as well.
