I’m excited to be joined by Juliana Wise in this episode to talk about leading change and managing overwhelm. The change might be fast, but it’s nothing you can’t handle, and we’ve got your back.
Tune in to hear us talk about how to inspire your team to hit goals, get more ideal clients, and manage internal and external changes in your business.
Juliana is an executive level, certified project manager (PMP) and MBA who holds 12 years of expertise in the retail industry. Her experience includes retail operations, marketing, product development, product launches, and experiential event execution, and she currently manages the development of marketing assets for a global beauty brand. She has managed projects for fashion, jewelry, beauty, tech, creative, and coaching businesses and thrives at working cross-functionally to deliver successful projects. Juliana mixes technical project management philosophies with a creative, brand-driven, customer and team-centric approach.
What We Cover in This Episode:
- How to be a good team leader
- Identifying and solving problems in your business
- Managing and leading change
- The importance of documenting processes
- How to keep communication and feedback flowing
- Identifying who is affected by a change you are implementing
- How to make transitions smoother
- Why you should always start with a spreadsheet
At the end of the episode, you’ll hear me say that the biggest takeaway is that business operations are sexy. I’m emphasizing that here to let you know that I really mean it. Getting your business operations organized can transform your business from chaos to calm, plus if you’re a nerd like me and Juliana, it’s really freaking satisfying.
