I believe executive team coaching should create clarity, not more noise. Together, leaders should be able to make decisions, align in communication and move forward.
My work supports leaders navigating growth, pressure and complexity. I help leadership teams slow down reactive patterns, strengthen decision-making and communicate in ways that hold up over time without creating more meetings, unnecessary urgency and burnout.
Prior to being an executive coach, I’ve led diverse teams. My approach is grounded in emotional intelligence, cognitive science and lived leadership: not theory or performative advice.
