I have, and it made this year a pretty tough one. Now that I’m coming out on the other side of it, I’m finally ready to talk about it with you.
I’m sharing this with you because I want you to know that if you’re experiencing a moment of reinvention, you’re not alone, and I have some actionable steps to share to help you through it.
In this episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at what I did to stay true to myself during my reinvention. From connecting with others to listening to yourself and setting boundaries, I’ve learned a lot about how to create a life that is true to what you really want, so let’s get into it.
What We Cover in This Episode:
- Allowing your priorities to shift and change as you get older
- Healing through our shared human struggles
- How to get the core of who you are
- Honoring your voice
- How to know when you’re giving too much of yourself to others
- The importance of creating boundaries
- Listening to your body
One thing I know for sure is that things don’t always turn out the way we expect them to, but there’s always a lesson to be learned. If something doesn’t go the way you expect it to as you learn about and reinvent yourself, stop and ask yourself what you can learn from it. The lesson might turn out to be more valuable than the outcome you were hoping for.
