Want executive presence where you are NOT overworking, overexplaining or overcompensating?

You shouldn’t have to shrink, hustle, or speak 10x louder just to be heard. Right after college, I led teams of men my age (even double), pitched in rooms where I was the only woman of color, and recently spoken to 200+ Fortune 500 execs with a mic that cut out mid-sentence and still owned the room where it was standing room only and they had to close the doors cause there was too many people.

Executive presence isn’t about being loud. It’s about being felt, and making impact.

Welcome to Executive Presence Coaching: a coaching engagement rooted in emotional intelligence, body language mastery, and real-world leadership strategies that help you develop a commanding presence—without pretending to be someone you’re not.

“It was a space I can be free in. You [Elaine] saw me as a woman of color struggling for my footing. I walked away knowing that I’m not crazy and that there is help. Thank you for seeing me. It’s helped me get me to where I am at NOW.”

I believe that your presence is your POWER not your volume.

Ever been told to “speak up more” or “lean in louder”? Me too. But here’s the thing: a great leader exudes, they don’t need to perform.

Executive presence isn’t about being the loudest in the room. It’s about being the clearest. The calmest. The one who listens, observes, and then speaks and people stop scrolling or shifting in their seat when you do.

I don’t teach people how to fake it. I coach you to feel it for real. So your presence isn’t just seen, it’s felt and people will be drawn by you and want to get work done.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit!

Do you ever feel like…

  • You have the skills, but you’re overlooked in meetings, pitches, or interviews
  • You’re often the only woman, person of color, or young leader in the room and second-guess how you’re perceived
  • You’ve been told to “be more executive” without actually being given tools or feedback on what that means
  • You’re managing people who don’t look like you or who are twice your age—and you need to exude confidence and command respect, without changing who you are

A reminder – executive presence isn’t about showing everything OR hiding everything, it’s about discernment. I help great leaders build the emotional intelligence to know what to share, how to lead and when to hold back with confidence and calm authority.

Imagine this instead…

  • You walk into a meeting and your presence immediately shifts the energy in the room.
  • You speak and people stop scrolling, stop side-chats and they actually listen.
  • You lead a team that trusts you, respects your boundaries, and mirrors your communication style.
  • You pitch your idea (or your business) and it lands not because it was loud, but because it was clear.

And it’s not just imagined. These are real results from my coaching clients.

I was so impressed with Elaine’s ability to command the room of 20+ executives, coaches and mentors for the training we brought her in to lead to kick off our Cohort #1 Mentorship Coaching Circles. Elaine is such a natural speaker and brings with her an amazing energy that creates an inclusive, safe and inspirational environment.

She spoke to an audience of Mentors for the Project Management Institute’s San Francisco, Bay Area chapter’s coaching circles to provide them with the tools they would need to mentor a group of Project Managers and aspiring Project Managers.

The group was engaged, taking notes, sharing their experiences and gave such great feedback after the training. I am really glad I had her speak to this group to kick off our coaching circles, the wisdom and energy she left them with has certainly made a huge impact on our program.

Introducing…

Executive Presence Coaching

Show up with emotional presence that’s intentional, not performative.

This will NOT be coaching with awkward roleplay and a PowerPoint on “how to make eye contact.”
This is executive presence coaching that actually respects who you are and how you want to lead.
My Executive Presence Coaching is different—because you’re different.

You don’t need a script. You need to understand:

  • Your own energy
  • How people are reading you
  • And how to read the room back (without spiraling or shrinking).

We’ll work on:

All while ensuring you aren’t going to be but without asking you to perform or pretend you love public speaking (if you don’t).

And yes, we’ll talk about body language.

But not in the “stand tall like a superhero” way.

More like:

  • How’s your nervous system doing?
  • Can you breathe while you speak?
  • Do people feel safer or tenser after you talk?

Because executive presence isn’t about being louder or “more professional.”

It’s about being strategic, embodied, and real without dumbing yourself down or burning yourself out.

Executive Presence Coaching can help you:

  • Exude confidence without overcompensating
  • Communicate with clarity, especially under pressure
  • Build trust with your team or clients through emotionally intelligent leadership
  • Strengthen your interpersonal skills in high-stakes settings
  • Rewire how you show up in rooms where you’re the only one
  • Develop a leadership presence that matches the value you already bring

Imagine walking into a boardroom, Zoom/Teams call or main stage and not second-guessing a thing. You’re not shrinking. You’re not performing. You exude confidence without needing to overexplain or prove yourself for the tenth time.

When pressure hits, your voice doesn’t crack. It grounds. You know what to say and how to say it because your communication isn’t reactive, it’s rooted in clarity and emotional intelligence.

Your team trusts you not because you manage perfectly, but because your presence is steady. Real. Safe.

You know how to navigate high-stakes rooms, hold space during hard conversations, and strengthen your leadership skills without losing yourself in the process.

And in those moments when you’re the only woman, person of color, or the youngest one at the table? You don’t contort. You lead with a presence that finally reflects the value you’ve been bringing all along.

“One of my favorite learnings from your session is to always take feedback, but you don’t always have to use it (paraphrasing of course). Thank you for the valuable tools!”

– Cynthia Byrnes, Coca-Cola
Director of Customer Service

“I loved the 6-prong framework, I’ve leveraged it and plan to do so, as it’s easy to remember the 6-Ps organized around the visual of the heart. Passion at its core. I just had a real time conversation yesterday. I was part of a team that led a big networking event last week, and when I stepped in and around with the attendees, I owned the room!”

– Brenda Valley, Albertsons
Finance Officer

FAQs

Is this only for executives?

Nope. This is for anyone who wants to develop a more powerful leadership presence whether you’re a manager, entrepreneur, or founder.

What if I’m not naturally confident?

You don’t need to be. Confidence is a skill, we work on it together. Did you know I was bullied at work before? I learned confidence isn’t a personality, it’s a practice.

Is this trauma-informed?

Yes. I’ve been trained in trauma-informed coaching. This isn’t about fixing you it’s about guiding you back to who you already are.
