Are you feeling stressed and burnt out? What if I told you that you could cope with your burnout by making some small changes to your habits?

In this episode of Color Your Dreams, I am joined by Nicole Caruth, a stress and burnout coach, and we are having a conversation about how to become free from stress and burnout once and for all. Nicole shares how to identify and get to the root of your burnout, how burnout can manifest in your body, how to identify what freedom looks like for you, and more.

Don’t miss this opportunity to find out what you need to do to finally get ahead of stress and burnout in your life and business.

Nicole Caruth is a Black queer writer, educator, and the founder/owner of Hustle Well, a holistic wellness company promoting health and healing for marginalized communities.

As a certified coach, she supports BIPOC and LGBTQ+ leaders, entrepreneurs, advocates, and artists to reduce stress and burnout, improve their energy levels, and optimize their health so they can enjoy life.

Before starting her coaching practice, she spent over 20 years in the arts and culture sector as a curator, educator, editor, and administrator and had a parallel career in the fitness industry. After multiple experiences with burnout and related health issues, she chose to reprioritize her life and move her passion for wellness to the forefront of her work.
