Brittney Richardson and I sat down to have a conscious conversation about boundaries and negotiation as WOC leaders. In this episode, you’ll hear us talk about saying no, asking for help, setting boundaries, and giving and receiving feedback.
I also share scripts that you can use in specific circumstances, so if you’ve been putting off a difficult conversation because you don’t know what to say, there might be a script that you can use in this episode!
